As soon as the reminder hit my inbox I was dragging my girlfriend to Target to check out the Prabal Gurung collection just released today.

The first dress I tried, I loved. It’s not often that you get a designer fit with this collaborations. You usually get a cute looking outfit made somewhat poorly. This fit like a glove. Partly because the top is fitted then flairs only slightly at the waist. A big busted girlfriend won’t do well in this one, but there is room for a little junk in the trunk

I notice similar colors and color-blocking style in a Michael Kors dress from his Spring 2013 runway show in New York. Pretty sure my Target version was a LOT cheaper at $44.99.

I’m still looking for the floral dress in my size. Colorful and adorable!

I also snagged a long sleeve tee in that same floral print for $19.99.

Not a bad days work.
